1. Overview

This website and online store are operated by ONEMOREBUYLLC under the HookBelt Zero brand. These Terms of Service govern your access to the website and your purchase and use of products or services offered through it. The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the website. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the services with any permission and supervision required by applicable law. You may not use the website or products for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose; interfere with website security; introduce malicious code; scrape the website in violation of law; or infringe another person's rights.

Colors and details can appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and other factors. Measurements and performance descriptions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices, promotions, and availability can change without notice. The currency shown to you may depend on your selected market or location. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. Payment is subject to authorization by the payment provider. We do not directly store complete payment-card details when payment is processed by Shopify or another payment provider.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, payment failure, prohibited resale, or delivery restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method. If additional information is needed, we may contact you using the details supplied with the order.

6. Promotions and Bundles

Promotions, discount codes, automatic discounts, and bundle prices are subject to their stated eligibility requirements and dates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by a technical, pricing, or configuration error where permitted by law.

Refunds for discounted purchases are based on the amount actually paid and are also subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
